The are another new range in the that has not yet opened.

Supposedly going to have a member only room, at one time rumors were it would have a Cigar room and they also tried to get a liquor license.

Looks like another up scale facility much like Osseo which is great. Non member fees have not been posted yet that I'm aware of so that will be the big question if they make it.

Also only suppose to be 14 lanes which seems small so crowds could be an issue if they actually generate some traffic.

They are only occupying a small part of the building from what i can tell and i think there are vacancies next door so maybe they could expand.

The pictures look like a gun range a friend of mine belongs to in Denver. Membership is nearly the same price as a private golf course.

It's a membership model. If you join before 3/15 it's a $199 initiation and 29.99 per month going forward after they open in May. For every person who joins with another, you get $50 off the initiation. 5 people the initiation is waived.

The lane rental is $20 on week days, $22 on weekends. Go to the range twice a month and the $29.99 is cheaper than the $44 for two rentals.

Sounds like a good deal to me!

I see they have two membership levels. I'm thinking that's not the membership pricing that gets you into the private range and lounge.

$5,000 and $150 a month?

And here I was going to comment on how $350 a year was a rip-off.
I will never apologize for being an American.

I'm curious about the onsite firearms locker; If they let you stow a gun there, you are making a de facto transfer to a FFL, seemingly with all the attendant paperwork.
But I'm not $5k/ $150mo curious...

Not if you are renting a locker. It is your space, they are a landlord. No different than a storage locker or an apartment for that matter.

Agreed, hope they are not counting on this to make it.

Also if they have dedicated lanes for these folks that means they are less than 14 for the public to rent. Might be challenging business model.

Their picture of the range shows a #22 over one lane so I am guessing their are more than 14.

Sounds reasonable to me if they would NOT be opened to general public.

Wonder if $5K is refundable. If so, $150 a month for training would be reasonable as well...
