Russian ambassador assassinated in Turkey

Postby yonse on Tue Dec 20, 2016 12:01 pm

I had already read about the Russian ambassador who was killed in Turkey Before the story aired on tv and they had already identified who the gunman was and that he was a police officer who used his badge to gain entry into the building with his gun. While watching the story on Fox 9 news last night though they made no mention of the fact that the killer was a police officer. They only stated that the ambassador had been killed by a gunman.
You don't know me, son, so let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

The first thing I thought when I saw the video was "Hey, a Canik TP9..."

It doesn't surprise me that the media and/or authorities are keeping it all under wraps. They are suppressing the nationality and motivation for the murderer in Germany that drove the large truck into a crowd and killed 9 people. There is a concerted effort by the EU to suppress information that might lead to panic in the population. I highly suspect that these are all perpetrated by Islamic Fundamentalists waging Jihad on the hosts who were kind enough to open the boarders to the fleeing masses. The Media in this country is complicit since admitting that situation is unsafe would be inconsistent with the narrative that insists that we be compassionate and open our own boarders to unchecked immigration. If you spot one mouse in your house, there are many more you don't see. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it. To face the facts would mean they would have to admit their wrong.

Russian ambassador assassinated in Turkey

Postby gun_fan111v2 on Tue Dec 20, 2016 6:11 pm

Cannot remember what channel I was watching yesterday (cbs maybe) but on 5:00 news they clearly stated both things mentioned
- they said German authorities believe it is a terrorist attack (no nationalities mentioned though)
- they said the Turkey shooter was a police officer

It's KMSP. The most accurate guy in the newscast is the weatherman.

The K2 slide is more squared off at the muzzle. The triangular slide profile I'm pretty certain is the TP9

On the news today they indicated that the person they had detained had been released, for lack of evidence, such as blood or DNA. They also indicated that ISIS, had claimed responsibility.

Of course you are correct Joe. All I had seen was a view of the top when the killer was pointing toward the floor and since I have the K2 it came to mind.

This has got to be one of, if not THE best-photographed assassinations in history.
