Do a search for ICANN, might be the first of many. Censorship was a fear from the beginning of ICANN.

Interesting as it shows just me but at armslist.com there is an announcement that it might take hours b4 it is back on line.

Armslist acknowledged on their twitter account that they are servicing their website and it is inaccessible. This was 7 hours ago and the site is still down for me. But it appears that nothing nefarious is afoot.

They are running for me. I would say the site has been awfully slow for the last week or so for me. Not sure it is related to the current issue.

It works on my phone using data, but not on my home or phone using the house wifi.

The WhoIs on it says the registration was updated 2017-02-11. A domain registration change can take a few hours to populate around the world as there is a lot of caching involved with DNS. That's why it worked for some and not for others.
