I'm aware of that. That's probably the main reason I'm looking at a Dillon RL550 with the strong mount. Just trying to convince myself that that's the best way to go....

Yup. Putting over 225 grains of powder into each case is normal for ALL calibers, right?!?!?!

It turns out that what you have is less important than what you do with it.

OK, as I said earlier, I do not have a wide angle lense, so I took a series of pictures to try to show my room.

This is a 7x11 room, or maybe I should say foot print because there is also a small closet in this 7x11 and everything else that takes floor space.

The pictures start as you would walk into the room and immediately looking to the left and up. So the series of 12 pictures go top to bottom in a clockwise direction.

And it is as it is, I did not clean it or arrange it to make it look better. I did leave out the ceiling, there are decoys, a rifle or two and fishing rods stashed there.

Here's mine in my unfinished basement. I'm starting to finish the basement and will post picks of the Man Cave when it's finished.

The 550 is the most versatile of the Dillon Presses with respect to cost effective purchases. 650 Caliber conversions are almost twice as much as 550. With a case feeder the 650 is not much faster then a 550.
