FFL on the North side that is cheap on transfer fee?

I have won an auction for a handgun in Minnesota but the store will only ship , no pick ups. I have an FFL that I usually use but he charges $25 per transfer.

Right to bear arms is open late and is one of the cheapest I have found. I'll be going there again this week.
