Strad,

They do show up on Craigslist pretty often. Thats how I got my last one for about 50 bucks. It was pretty big- a cornor unit. I'll keep my eyes open.

Thanks for the heads up, but i think I'm going to go for the stackon. I have two of their smaller handgun safes, and I like that I can bolt them all together, and then to the wall. I can essentially have an expandable gun locker.

Besides, it seems like a fairly reasonalbe price, and it's a good size for me.

This looks like the deal, it is user configureable and can definitely hold quite a bit more than eight to ten guns, kind of like my car. brochure and manual says five adults, I recently had seven in it and two kids :D
