Can we please just introduce a bill to ban democrats?

That would solve a lot of problems.

It's done annually. In addition, the laws were changed in 2014 I believe it was that tightened MN's process on ensuring that a PTP or PTC was revoked upon a disqualifying conviction and other disqualifications under MN law -- so things that happen between those annual checks would be caught as well.

Then there is absolutely no (credible) reason why a PTC holder should EVER have to undergo additional background checks. That card should be the Golden Ticket that could be presented to any FFL or private individual.

I agree. Unfortunately neither the legislature or Congress (or the ATF) agree with us.

^^^^^^

For that matter, why does the background check even need to be firearm related? If a person has a valid Global Entry card, they’ve undergone a far more rigorous process than PTC or NICS.

You mean like someone who isn’t currently incarcerated should be able to go and pay money for stuff and have no questions asked?

as i understood it for a period of time a ptc didn't require a follow up check by FFL for a period of time but that rules was then again changed not to long go to require a check on new purchases at FFL

IMO the way I see this going, laws are going to get more strict. as with the Obama admin, and any serious talk of changes to the laws we have, there are going to be a lot of people stocking up.

none of it will change until the SCOTUS hears a case. depending on the make up of the court, a decision will be made more broadly on the 2nd. considering the current make up.. and the potential make up if RBG or someone else retires allowing Trump another appointee, you'd hope that the 2nd would be cleared up as an individual right that cannot be infringed upon or limited in scope.

Oh there's more ridiculous crap coming.

One Senator was going to introduce a 6 round magazine restriction because "that's what revolvers have" -- but he appears to have backed off of that.

That may drive us to riot.

Riot? LOL!!! That’s a serious gross underestimation. When they finally force us to DEFEND ourselves and our Constitutional Republic against their “War of Leftist Aggression”, it’ll be “winner take all, once and for all”. The leftists won’t like the outcome one bit, which undoubtedly will lead to a literal genocide. With that in mind, I’ll quote Thomas Paine....”If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, so my child may know peace.

Goes without saying that their plan only works when the citizens are made helpless which is the reason the Founders put in the Second Amendment. I wonder how long it will take for the military ranks to be filled with "believers" so they don't have to ask or try to enact legislation for the "taking".
