Deleting messages - how is it done?

I've hit the magic 500th private message for my inbox and it appears nothing in or out until I clear some space. Is there a "how to" somewhere for me to reference?

View your PM inbox. Select messages with checkbox on the right of each message, go to bottom of page and drop down the list box next to the 'Go' button and choose 'Delete Marked'. Click 'Go'. Repeat for your 'Sent' folder.
