U.S. State Department sanctions resulted in Google banning Strelok from the Play store. Apple Store has done the same.

I hate the banning of anything firearms related, but I approve of anti-Russian sanctions.

I guess I don’t get the ban.

The app/program are there and the Russians have it.

It’s not removing the app from availability in the Ukrainian war.

At best, it’s stopping the author from getting some minimal income from US users.

Seems fundamentally ineffective as a sanction.

US State Department. Enough said, nothing they do makes any sense at best, at worst I think they might be one of the bigger threats to our country as we knew it.

Yes. It is very functional and easy to use. It's in the top three for ballistic apps.

Thinking about this more. It was most likely initiated by a commie, antigun, State Dept bureaucrat. It aligns nicely with Biden's full court press against gun owners.
