Postby brauchma on Fri Aug 24, 2007 1:40 pm

Came in the mail and my wife freaked out! 8-) She said, and I quote, "Now we have to go buy more guns!" ;) :D :) 8-) 8-) 8-) :D :D :D :) ;)

My sister wants to shoot my XD 9sc to see if she wants one like it. She said I HAVE to let her shoot it. 8-)

Congrats! I wish my wife would follow suit. Unfortunetly, she is not a fan of guns (not anti-gun, just not a fan.)

Prehaps you should take her and the wife to Bills and let them shot the guns with adjustable palm swells.

Good stuff!

Remember, folks, it's never too early to start grooming the future permit holders in your family. I've got several in the pipeline, and have gotten at least one through the halo effect He got his knowing that his kids were planning on getting theirs at 21.

Regardless of age, teach them to shoot and get them to the range every so often. Lend them a copy of one of the fine carry permit manuals. If they've just turned 20, help them get setup to take their permit class. If you've got extra guns and holsters, lend them out so they can make more informed choices on pistol and holster.

Congratulations on the new permits. Jake and I took the class together last February. I took Megan to Oakdale while she was in town. She did quite well with my S&W .22 on the 25 yard range but the Ruger P345, however, was a little more than she wanted.

I will think about the purse...for myself. I will be in St. Louis Park on Monday again... Did you say it was black?

I am working on the notarized part. Not sure where to go...I do not want to do it locally... I have the prints already though...

Cool! I have not seen Megan in a long time! Teach her the ways!

Welcome to the club! That Glock 26 should be a very reliable gun.
