Good news out of the 5th Circuit! Still don't know the scope of the ruling. Hopefully the judge will vacate it the same as the frame 'rule'.

That's not what the court said.

They said it was "likely unconstitutional" and sent the case back to the district court to reconsider an injunction - which they didn't issue.

A victory? Probably. But that headline doesn't match what the court said.
