First took my offspring to this in 2019, that year I think that they had 12k kids. It’s an amazing event.

12,000 or so in the sport statewide. 8-9k typically participate in the championship at Alex. It is open to all hs participants but not quite all attend. Still is an amazing event and awesome to witness.

Nationals is a few less but even more powerful I think because with 43 traps and 8000 in attendance over 4 days, it is really something to behold.
