Cop pulls up on a crashed vehicle, finds it abandoned, and sees the driver walking down the street.

He confronts the driver, who attacks him, and tries to draw the officer's gun. As they're lying on the ground struggling, a bystander intervenes and helps the officer restrain the driver.
