House Judiciary Advances Concealed Carry Reciprocity
The House Judiciary Committee held a markup session on Tuesday, March 25, voting on several bills, including the “Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act.” Now that this key legislative process is complete, the issue of reciprocity is cleared for consideration by the United States House of Representatives.

Three concerns:

First, wouldn't some states argue that other state's permits use inapplicably different qualifications than in their states?

Second, could the anti states respond by passing so many restrictions on where carry is allowed that an out of state permit would be virtually useless?

And last, what Congress can grant, couldn't a later Congress take away? Or arguably give the Federal government enough Commerce Clause jurisdiction to place controls on all carry permits?

I don’t like seeing the word ‘concealed’.
The Crafters of the Minnesota Personal Protection Act (MPPA)/ Carry law, were quite deliberate in writing a ‘carry’ law, as there are hazards to both ‘open’ and ‘concealed’ carry requirements.
