Oh sorry not open to anyone shooting a jennings. Yes it is open to anyone who shows safe gun handling, but Benny and China make the final call.

Uhm, it's not the gun, it's the caliber. .25 will never topple those steel plates.

How's that for an answer?

Have an armorer take five Jennings down to their basic six parts, throw them all into a bag...... Then just throw it out and buy a 1911.

ok thanks, i didn't now you had to knock things down when shooting steal. i think .25 get a bad rap with all teh "hand cannon" calibers out there like 9 mm and 38 specials. get a history book and u will see that .25 is a proovin manstopper!

i want to buy a glock 25 with my refund from uncle sam, but i dont know if thE Wife will allow it tho. :(

I am wetting myself over here I am laughing so hard.

A burning stick has been "proovin" to be more dangerous than a .25

Careful, they don't allow guns in Chicago. That should be self evident with the complete lack of gun crime in your neck of the woods.

Is there any more video material us noobs should be watching.

Benny and China do take the time before the start to do a review of drawing from the holster and all you need to do is listen to their suggestions.

For shooters not use to shooting against the timer it can be intimidating at first, it gets the adrenaline running. After a couple of strings of fire you will start to calm down and really have fun. Also you really need to listen to the range commands being given by the Range Officer when your on the firing line.

As far as shooting ability there is Benny, China, David, Pinnacle, Fast351, plus a few others and then there is the rest of us. It really doesn't matter at the end of the day where you fall in the line up, you will have a good time.

WESTBERG HUSH - I cant shoot for crap.

On that note - anyone wanna make a wager?

Are you going to make the drive from the "Chicago area" for a shooting event?

Belgiboy, I think you have to be disqualified on princlple in your first match!

Why you ask?

It's because the paradox that occurred in your homeland: the Jupilee Brewery bought up the best range in Liege and bulldozed it to expand their production. :x :D :x :D

Come along and enjoy the shooting out at Hutch, here are a few requirements for you.

BE SAFE,
Enjoy yourself,
BE SAFE,
Bring food and drinks (non alcoholic until you finish shooting)
BE SAFE,
Bring lots of ammo,
BE SAFE,
Bring an I want to learn attitude
BE SAFE,
Bring a shoot the breeze, rag on the other guys attitude,
BE SAFE,
Bring a gun (9mm minimum as anything smaller will not knock down the Pepper Poppers)
BE SAFE,
Bring a holster (standard belt type OWB or IWB [no shoulder rigs or low riders for safety reasons])
BE SAFE,
Bring Foul weather gear (it's outdoor an range)
BE SAFE,
Bring Money ($10 for your entry, any more and one of these dudes will have you betting on something)
BE SAFE,
Bring something to sit on if you get tired
BE SAFE,
I think that's it.

Oh did I remember to tell you........BE SAFE. :D :D

See Ya There.
