Now I wonder if they will have enough ammo to sell for the demo guns? Maybe a 50rd box of 9mm for $18 :?:

Ammo is tight and I have a feeling that this will be a huge factor this year.

I have a feeling there will be enough ammo at the event. At $18 bucks a box, its a no brainer.

Just to clearify, I don't know what they will be charging for ammo. I am just bracing myself for the possibility it will higher than last fall's show... more likely it will be for sure.

I may only be trying a couple of them and limiting the rounds I fire in each as to stretch the box out a bit. :geek:

So, who is going. I know I am. I plan to be there late Friday afternoon. Anyone know if it gets real busy then? I have gone in the mornings, but never late afternoon. I would image Saturday morning would be pretty busy time, thus I am thinking of late Friday.

I will be there all three days. Please say Hi. I should be upstairs most of the time. Tom

I'll probably stop in on Friday morning. I just hope there's nothing I want to shoot 'cause I can't afford a box of ammo..

Anyone heard what a box of 45 will be? I would like to shoot several different guns, might just have to limit the round count. I would think 25 rounds through the gun would tell me if I like the trigger / feel?

I plan on making it Fri. afternoon

Yeah I think the ammo gouge is probably at least half of the incentive to put the show on.

Really you are just paying to rent the gun but its built into the price of the ammo. Maybe a little bit discounted but there is no gigantic favor being done. Still though, you get to try that gun either way.

I've tried, but I'm having trouble finding more expensive ammunition at other places. Not rocket science to guess at what the real motivation might be.

I honestly think they may have a serious supply issue with ammo.

I think so too, but I also think they are still the priciest place in town.

It really doesn't matter, people will pay the prices as always. I won't, but some will. Just economics, if its worth it to you then thats all that matters. Marginal return and all that.
