New Toy - Tanfoglio BTA90 - 9mm

I picked up a new toy today, an older Tanfoglio BTA90 9mm pistol. It is in overall good condition, and came with two mags.

I have been looking around for a CZ style gun, and came across this pretty cheap at a local shop. I heard some good things about it, and thought I would give it a try. If I like the platform, I have my eye on a CZ P-01 or a 75. Other than that it has no purpose, just seemed like a fun toy.

I am hoping to make it to the range in the next couple of days, I'll let you know how it shoots (or doesn't shoot ).

I wouldn't worry about the +p 9mm ammo - I have a similar gun that is convertible from 9mm to 41 Action Express, and a 41 AE has a hell of a lot more power than a 9mm +p. BTW - most of these guns have heat treated frames and are hardened to the point that it's almost impossible to drill scope holes or make any modifications. Have fun!!
