Mark:

I suspected someone would bring this point up. As a newbie gun owner and someone who is just getting their feet wet, I don't have any interest owning a gun I know very little about. I did some research on this gun and there were a few places that were saying they were unsafe to operate. This may or may not be true, but I have no interest in taking the gamble. Plus, I'm still learning how to operate and clean my 9mm! And if I ever become a collector, I don't see myself missing this gun as my interest is in revolvers.

At any rate, I want to thank everyone for the feedback. I got a few PM's from folks interested in the gun so I think she has a new home ;) One question though...can I legally just give a gun to someone???

Travis

yes you can legally give it to someone.........over 18

Suggest you ensure they are legally able to own a firearm by asking to see a purchase or carry permit. I would also capture their personal data ie DL # and addy in case anyone in the future asks you what happened to the firearm.
