My guess is a walther PPK clone bb gun available at most sporting goods stores. They're about $80 and come with those ridiculous can looking things. They are pretty close as far as the rest of the firearm is concerned.

I think it's a beretta storm clone. Rounded front portion of the slide but with a blunt dust cover. Blocky sights to. Might be a fs92 beretta but that just doesn't seem right. I agree with straddie that it's probably a non gun.

Aren't too many stick up men dressed as road workers out there with access to a suppressor. .....

actually, I think its a pretty well thought out disguise, all anyone is going to see is the orange and chartreuse and white, so if those are dumped in a local trash can who can say what was underneath, similar to the clown robbers of NYC some years back, all anyone could remember was the clown face,

mmmmmmm chartreuse, i have many fond memories (all ones i made up because i cant actually recall what happened) involving chartreuse.
I too agree that it looks like the silenced ppk co2 gun available from just about anywhere at the moment.
