I can think of at several stores that violate the primer and powder limits on display.
I'll check my cabinet to see how far over the limit I may be for primers and powder.
Storage in a residence:
Primer limit is 10,000. Powder limit is 20 pounds stored in 1 pound containers. 20 to 50 pounds stored in wooden box or cabinet with walls at least 1 inch thick.
I have never heard of this being enforced or checked. Does anyone else?
