Wisconsin according to the new law (Wi 2001 Act 35 as it is now known as) will recognize any state permit that provides for a background check similar to Wisconsin's background check. So we should be OK and so should Utah permits etc.
The WI DOJ is mandated to promulgate a list after the law takes effect (Nov. 1 it looks like). So sometime after that, we'll have a list. I've talked with the DOJ and they don't sound like there will be any problem recognizing our permits, but they worry that we won't recognize theirs.
