I don't know about you guys, but I was about the proudest husband in the world seeing my wife enjoy shooting the .45. I am in the same boat now trying to find the right .45 to be her carry weapon. Her concern is that they can be heavy and bulky and she is pretty petite. She thinks that my Shield is maybe even too big for her which would rule out the XD-S. I want to see that new Boberg .45 when they release it. I guess I might just have to buy a bunch of .45suntil she finds the one she is comfortable carrying.
On a related note: Has anyone shot any of the Boberg models?
Boberg came to the Oakdale Gun Club picnic last year and I shot one.
It's a nice little pistol. Bill's in Robbinsdale had a used one for $900 a week or so ago.
Arnzen Arms had a new one for $ 1100ish.
Seismic I may have found a new love yesterday! Colt Python...
Also, if you happen to end up with a pretty expanded 50 bullet I would really like to have one.
I like how they look.
