By dragging their feet, they certainly aren't doing anything to help the law-abiding citizen, only the criminals, since that means it'll be longer that a law-abiding citizen goes unarmed.

Is my permit to purchase?
Oh where, oh where can it be?
It's been seven days
Since I went to WBLPD
Oh where, oh where can it be?
Of state statute 624.7131 Subd. 5
I think I'll have to remind
And see what the hold up could be

Johnny wrote:Hello all, Im new to this forum. I am currently in Afghanistan, both of my lisenses are expired (permit to purchase and to carry). i want to buy a new handgun when i come home on leave. It would probably be from one of the two Bills locations. im located in Scott county and my previous two permits were from there as well. is there a way that i can apply for a permit to purchase through the mail, or even online? i havent been able to find much info online about this. ive got 3 weeks of leave time coming up, is that enough time to apply and recieve in person if i must go that route? thanks!
