I agree with the higher level, I stand when I reload, makes me alert to what I am doing.
My bench height is about 12', and I use a small extension ladder to reach it.
I find standing on the small rungs make my feet ache so bad I don't notice my backache anymore.
Kidding...
Mine is right about 40" + or - 1/2" or so.
The only time I sit is flipping primers, checking cases, sorting brass.
When actually operating the reloader, I stand.
I am not sure if it makes a difference if its a progressive or single press, one is more laid back than the other.
I kept trying to post a pic of my setup, but it keeps making the photo smaller with a link to larger pic.
I haven't figured out how to post a larger photo yet.
