Went to the Wolf's Den yesterday and actually bought a box of FACTORY LOADED ammo!!

The ONLY reason I bought it was that I wanted the brass, so I wasn't really buying the ammo for the sake of shooting it. The caliber was 9x23 Winchester, and this is one wicked, smokin' hot round. 9x23 cases are hard to find sometimes, and go for about 30 cents apiece, so the cases were worth $15 to me, and I only had to pay an additional $4.29 cents for fully loaded rounds. (Total of $19.29 for a box of 50 Winchester White Box.) 9x23 Winchester is shot out of recent model 38 Super guns (mine's an EAA Match) and will drive a 125 grain .355 bullet at 1450 FPS

, which is the full equivalent of the 357 SIG and 357 Magnum rounds with that bullet weight.
In the meantime, .380 ammo, which is truly a mousefart in comparison to a 9x23, is going for TEN BUCKS more per box?? hoo-boy!!! Save money by shooting high-powered, exotic factory ammo instead of the piddly common low power calibers!! This makes about as much sense as Tootsie swearing off wimmin and joining the priesthood!!
